At DomicileCraft, we are committed to providing quality interior design and execution services. Since our services are customized according to each client’s requirements, the following policy applies.

1. No Return Policy

Interior design services, customized designs, drawings, consultations, furniture, and project-related work are created specifically for the client. Therefore, these services and customized products are not eligible for return.

2. No Refund Policy

Once a project, design service, consultation, customized work, or material procurement has been approved and payment has been made, the amount is non-refundable, except where specifically agreed upon in writing by DomicileCraft.

3. Cancellation

Any project cancellation must be communicated to DomicileCraft in writing. Cancellation after work, procurement, production, or execution has started may not qualify for a refund.

4. Customized Products

Customized furniture, fixtures, materials, and other products made according to the client’s specifications cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Changes & Modifications

Any design or project changes requested by the client after approval may result in additional charges and may affect the project timeline.
